Who we are
Yoosr Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“Yoosr”, “we”), is the controller of the personal data you give us through this website. You can reach us through the form on yoosr.com.
What we collect
When you send the application or contact form: your name, work email, company name, country of incorporation, expected monthly volume, the products you’re interested in and anything you write in the message. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser and time of request) for security.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, assess whether we can serve your business and send you pricing — steps taken at your request before any contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To run and secure the website — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We never sell your data and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and infrastructure providers, under contract and only to run the service. If you go on to apply for an account, the data needed for onboarding is shared with our licensed EMI and banking partners — we will tell you before that happens.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted after 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, through the form on yoosr.com (choose any option and say what you need). You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
